Grandma

Dear Grandma,
I just want you to know how much I love you and how much I am going to miss you while you are on your mission. You have a very special place in my heart that no one else can share with you... ;) You have not only been a grandmother to me but you also have been my best friend! I cherish all the things that we have done together, all the late night talks we have had, all the walks we went on, and the special times that I was able to live with you. Thank you for the patients you had when I lived with you and worked my way through my trials... Thank you for showing me the true meaning of loving my sweetheart, you have been so brave without Grandpa... I wish he would have been here longer for you. Most importantly THANK YOU for your testimony. You have the strongest most unwavering love for our savior (i pay attention more than you know)! I love you Grandma...Never forget that!

25 Random Things

--So on Facebook I was asked to list 25 random thing about myself. Since it took me so long to do I thought it would be fun to put on my blog.... Its really fun! Everyone should try it...You really get to know yourself better....

25 random things

#1 - I am truly happy!!
#2 - I wish I could still play with Barbies.
#3 - I LOVE macaroni and cheese and would eat it for every meal if I could.
#4 - I love elderly people and wish that I had the wisdom and knowledge they have.
#5 - I have to check the door locks three times before I go to bed to make sure that they are really locked (Obsessive compulsive disorder)
#6 - I make my husband check the locks once more before he comes to bed.... (OCD)
#7 - I have to count with dots (only people that went to resource would understand).
#8 - I have to have my sheets pulled up and over my neck before I can fall asleep ( I always think something is going to behead me while I am sleeping).
#9 - I hate using a cutting bored ...That's what counter tops are for...crazy I know!!
#10 - I am totally crazy about my husband.....
#11 - I adore my niece and two nephews.
#12 - I have the worst fear of bears.
#13 - I love to fly fish, camp, and play in the mud.
#14 - I still think my dad hung the moon. Best father ever!!
#15 - I can out shoot my husband on any day with any gun...;)
#16 - I actually really enjoy my job!
#17 - I have to clean my house by each room, clockwise.

Jeepin!

Sunday was such a fun well needed day. We took a break from our to-do list and rode out by desert mountain. We were hoping to see a coyote but only found crows :) It was sunny out so the snow was melting on the road and it was a muddy (fun) mess. It will take us a year to get the mud washed off the jeep. But the weather made me very excited for spring/summer to get here!!

Latley I have really been thinking about my two wonderful sisters. I just want them to know ( if they ever read this) that I truly love you both and I don't know what I would do without ya!

Just can't wait..

So we have decided to move upstairs when we get done remodeling....ANd since I have this weird obsession with buying new shower curtains and bathroom decor I set out on my long shopping journey.....That's when I found the cutest set at Kohl's!! SO I had to take some pics and show you all how cute it is...

I am so pathetic!

I thought that since I spend most of my "internet" time on Facebook that I should try and spice things up with a blog.... I have always been against the whole blog idea since my life is pretty boring and I am very sure that most people will find it rather boring. I really need to start keeping a personal journal so here is the fun way that I am going to do it... Well to start it off our duplex flooded a couple months back and so most weekends we have been remodeling. As you can tell I gave up on filling in nail holes and cutting wood as needed, so instead I have decided to start my blog... Enjoy!! ** some added pics of the slow remodeling job!
